GRADES 1-6 Individual Projects REGISTRATION

NEW - WSSEF has developed a new form in an effort to simplify the registration process for students in Grades 1 - 6.

This form replaces the need to fill out the International Science and Engineering (ISEF) forms:

* Checklist for Adult Sponsor (1)
* Student Checklist (1A)
* Approval Form (1B)

The new form can only be used if the project does not include experiments with

* Human Subjects
* Vertebrate Animals
* Potentially Hazardous Biological Agents
* Human or Animal Tissues
* Hazardous Chemicals, Activities or Devices.

If the project does include any of the above list, then the complete ISEF forms listed above must be used.

The complete ISEF forms can be used for any project if desired.
